Let me please introduce myself and our company. My name is Bykov
Vasiliy. I am an
CEO manager of (LLC) PromResurs company. Our company was founded in Kuzbass region in Russia. We have been working in tire
business since 1996 year. Our company is specializes in whole sell OTR
tires. There are two the most industrial developed cities in Kuzbass
such as Kemerovo and Novokuznetck. Our company has warehouses and
sell-offices with staff in these cities. Our company also collaborates
with customers from Yakutia region and Ural region. Up to 80% of coal
output in Russia and practically 20% of ore is being excavated in
Kuzbass. By present time our region is becoming much more attractive for
investors because Russian government decided to use coal in electricity
generation instead of gas. This law will open really brilliant
