We offer Representation and quality control services to International Suppliers to South Africa at fair rates, which means massive cost savings and benefits to Suppliers and Manufacturers.
We do this by reducing the claim rate pro-activly and improving relationships by being visually present on site at the customer and supportiing this by periodic visits.
Our services futher include review of parts rejected by customer, other quality concerns. containment, sorting and corrective measerure actions on-site according to ISO requirements and specific instructions.
The object is to maintain concistancy in supplying correct and qood quality components or products to Customers.
We promote on-site presence, liason and communication between the Supplier and the Customer in (SA) to ensure pro-active actions, to elliminate costly reactive actions and negative relationships.
We supply weekly reporting to our pricipal regarding progress, defect rates, or as per specific instructions.
We are regularly Selling: quality related services. |
