Product Description:

The Z-screw compressor comprises a single screw rotor with two compression chambers arranged so that the shafts are perpendicular to each other. The screw rotor is motor driven, while the gate rotor turns by engagement with the screw rotor teeth. The compressor owes its superb durability to the oil film formed on the toothed surface of the screw rotor, and to the free-floating construction
There are 12 cycles of air intake and compressed air delivery for everyone turn of the 6 screw rotor grooves and gate rotor arrangement
As there is no thrust load either in the screw rotor's circumferential or axial directions, the compressor has a well balanced and supremely quiet operation. Absence of thrust also means that bearing load is minimal, and explains why vibration and noise are incredibly low. You'll find, too, that maintenance periods are few and far between. Reliability for production processing is assured, and your maintenance costs cut considerably.
