Product Description:

This line consists of (2) Ima combina edgebanders with conveyers connecting them together and runs on one electrical system. these machines are kind of unique because they are a single sided edgebender but the beginning milling station is double sided. IMA combina/1.R75/76/F/R edgebender (CNC) (1993) milling section, left side, scoring motor 1hp. Hogging motor. horizontal, 7-1/2hp, jump cope 7-1/2hp, digital. Milling section, right side, with groving saw score approx. 1hp, hog. 7-1/2hp this complete has its own second enclosure. CNC - all digital and programmable right side heads. Nichois special grooving saw mounted on left side of the edgebender. The following WORKING STATIONS; (6) station pvc applying station, hot melt glue pot, cut off for vinyl material, pressure roller assembly. Cut off station (less motors) motors are not needed for this panel line. Top & Bottom rough trim, digital read outs. Top & bottom tilting finish trim, (5 to 35) degrees. Next station horizontal trim motor digital. Shaper station, jump type with digltals. Horizontal motor, top & bottom buffing, variable speed feed frequency changer for increasing RPM on motor, complete control & electric console. Ladd asseet #01724. RBO transfer table ''V'' belt and roller conveyor MODEL Transfer -COL. IMA 1/2 (1993) 3kw 480v 3ph. Neoprene rollers 42in. x176in. long Transfers to right hand conveyor, 42in. wide x 206in. long variable speed feeding to second single sided JMA edgebender.
