Switz Ajina Sambosa Leaves- fast moving product especially in Ramadan, we are the market leaders in Saudi Arabia. We are the top three manufacturers of sambosa Leaves in the world. Our product has a shelf life of one year under frozen condition and 30 days shelf life under ambient conditions.

Switz Sambosa Leaves is a branded product, the creation of continuous reasearch and development program that run through years of progression. it has five prime components such as high grade wheat flour, purified water, salt, shortening and preservative (calcium propionate). It is being produced by Switz own designed machineries and Standard Operating Procedures subject to the strictest supervision of well trained production managers to achieve the optimum standard possible.

Sambosa Leaves are coming out of production in two sizes, the 1 Kg. and the 1/2 Kg. respectively. The 1 kg. Sambosa Leaves are packed in 15 packets per carton and the 1/2 Kg. leaves are packed in 30 packets in a carton.

The size of one piece Sambosa Leaf is 25cm x 7.5 cm with a weight of 10 grams. One hundred Leaves are equivalent to 1 kg., on the other hand fifity leaves are equivalent to 1/2 kg.

The Sambosa leaves are cut from continuous dough sheets that pass through the process of "Par Roasting". Other processes are used along the line of production to produce a Quality Product with longer shelf life, good deep frying taste, and the quality that the leaf will not absorb much cooking oil while being deep fried.

Switz Sambosa Leaves production pass through the most modern machines from mixing, par roasting, cutting, packaging and storing. It is the largest produced product in terms of quantity in the whole world in its kind. And in all respect extending enjoyment to evry household it finds.
