We deal with active past and current suppliers of Iron ore from Brazil and Russiaand will only continue with serious buyers. We insist on direct contact with the actual buyer. (LC placing Group)

All intermediateries and agents commissions will be protected through guaranteed documents. We are the paymasters for such commissions.

PROCEDURES

We receive stamped and signed LOI.

We do soft probe and due-diligence on Buyer and his bank account.

For Chinese Buyers, we require copy of Import Permit/License

We issue FCO directly from supplier, with supplier company info and guarantee documentation.

Buyer accepts FCO.

We issue draft contract.

Contract is signed by all parties.

PG is put in place by both parties.

Buyer issues pre-advice via swift bank to bank.

Seller issues POP and readiness of supply via swift bank to bank.

Buyer activates LC.

Please note: We will only accept 100% revolving, transferable LC. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
