The SMG-AT machines are effective to perform high sheeting speed and precise accuracy. The auto tension program is detailed to control the paper web tension in order to prevent wrinkle appearance on the sheet. You will have by using the ‘England’ making disc brake, a better tension performance at the paper roll feeder until the delivery.
User friendly operating menu is most useful for the operator to do the parameter setting and adjustment through color touch screen. Furthermore, if it is equipped with Germany design ”Synchronizer Controller ", it can compensate the synchronizing variation (ms) between rotary sheeting & paper conveying to get sheeting length accuracy to ± 0.2 mm / m.

Advantage:
1.Optional equip the light signal detector match use with pulse synchronizer controller, to trace the specific mark and line for cut the printed paper roll (printing finished) within +/- 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm accuracy accordingly.
2.Programmable auto paper right-angle adjustment.
3.Perfect auto tension control program, detail and smoothly control over the paper web tension.
4.Just press the button in order to electrical drive the decurler kit for flatten the paper web (optional part).
5.Powerful Motor with worm gear box to hold the steel chain of paper collecting platform. More safety, stable and less steel wire replacement.
6.Hands safety guard for prevent paper web feeding accident.
