7.11.1 Seller issues POP, bank to bank. POP must contain Shell screen numbers and window numbers for verification.

7.11.2 Buyer issues Pre-Advise DLC.

7.11.3 Seller’s bank, in no more than five (5) banking days from the execution of the contract shall provide the Buyer with an inoperative $100,000 cash bond, Seller will also provide shipping documents

7.11.4 The Buyer’s bank in no more than five (5) banking days, from receipt of the inoperative $100000 cash bond, shall open the agreed documentary letter of credit in favor of the Seller. The documentary letter of credit shall automatically cause the performance bond to be operative.

7.11.5 Banking costs will be for the account of each party.

7.11.6 Should any amendments to the DLC be requested, once the same has already been issued; the party requesting the change will be responsible for the payment of the related costs.

7.11.7 All banking shall be conducted by and between top 25 world banks.

CLAUSE 8 - DELIVERY

8.1 The Seller warrants to perform delivery of the transacted Commodity on a CIF basis to all safe USA and European ports inside customs, out-turned barrels basis, to the Buyer's designated discharge port (s).
