Planetary Gearbox for Travel Drive:
Travel drive is an ideal gear for Crawler Chassis transmission, wheel drive, chain wheel drive. It is widely used in Rotary Drilling Rig track, main and auxiliary winch, Tunneller track, Crawler Crane track motor, excavator track motor, 900 T Beam Carrier wheel drive.

Features introduction:
The drive design is based on many years of practical application experience.
The output torque rates are tailored to the application requirements of an excavator travel drive. For other application higher output torques than those specified may be permissible for the relevant gearbox.
Application-related consultation is available to all users as early as in the project stage.

Special Features:
1. Compact, space-saving, two or three stage planetary gear design
2. Firm brand high performance bearings
3. Simple mounting, easy oil change
4. Highly precise gears, low-noise running
5. Brake (optional)
6. Suitable hydraulic motor (Axial piston motor (quantitative/ variable), GM within-five-star hydraulic motor, motor)

Application Conditions:
The gearboxes have been designed for use at ambient temperatures ranging between -20°Ê and + 40°Ê. Environmental influence such as salt water, salty air, sand, dust, overpressure, heavy vibrations, extreme shocks and ambient temperature, aggressive media and the like will impede the function of the product. To enable a safe design of the winch drive such conditions must be reported to the factory.

The specialities of YL 700 series are highly integrated, light, high effect, high reliability. Its power comes from the integrated hydraulic piston motor. It can be equipment support of the machine weight 1.5-45 ton.
