Mining company ‘Compañía Minera El Niagara S.A. de C.V.’ in Gold & Silver search to an investor in Joint-Venture for the exploitation and the exploration of the Gold and the Silver, we have approximately 625 meters in exploration and cubicación of minerals in direct work. The property is composed of 170 hectares in the "Mesa de Las Tunas" inside the today called "Belt of Gold" in the Sierra Madre Occidental in the Municipality of Moris, Chihuahua, Mexico.

The property is located near the mining companies that are found at present in exploitation of gold and silver; to 11.06 miles withdrawal of Hochschild in Moris and to 33.4 miles of Gammon Lake in Ocampo. The minimum laws of gold are 0.17 Oz-Troy by Ton in Gold and 9.68 Oz-Troy by Ton in Silver. Our place in this zone of precious metals has been working the last 60 years to very low levels.

The last diamond hole HMF-3 gives an estimation of 2 virgin veins of 1,4 g/Ton of Gold next to 558 g/Ton Silver, the other has 9,4 g/ton of gold next to 3,750 g/Ton silver (3.75 Kg/Ton). These 2 new veins add to the veins of the ‘El Templar’ y ‘La Blanca’ with direct work having some laws of 38 g/ton and 19 g/ton of Gold (Au) with 598 g/ton and 69 silver g/ton (Ag), approximate and recent estimations in direct work and services. Investors can do a mining study under NI 43-101 standard report.

Currently we are in levels of low production. Minimum investment of $600.000,00 American Dollars (USD) for a Joint-Venture dedicated to the exploitation activities enlargement and exploration.

Benefit Plant conditioning with capacity of 50 daily tons, equipment of grinding, equipment of transportation and load of mineral to the plant of benefit, electrification of the tunnels with the electric power supplied by the Federal Commission of Electricity (urban), overhaul of tunnels and other miscellaneous expenses.
