PRODUCT OVERVIEW
BQ16xx is a series of up-to-date “hydraulic double-chuck rotary peeling lathes”. The series is specially designed for peeling face veneer, and it is suitable for peeling crossband veneer. BQ16xx series has adopted the innovative concepts and first class technology.
For BQ16xx series, there are 3 models available: BQ1613/12, BQ1620/12 and BQ1626/12.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Main motor power auto variable for peeling face veneer and crossband veneer;
Pitch angle mechanical adjustability and manual hydraulic adjustability;
Guide ways balancing mechanism & self-lubrication;
Hydraulic chucks powered by two pistons on each side of the lathe;
Backup rolls powered vertically (hydraulic) and horizontally (pneumatic);
80 peeling thickness options;
Knife holder equipped and its hydraulic clamping mechanism;
