Introduction

Material: stainless steel wire type 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
The difference lies in the composition of Nickle, and it will make difference on the anti - oxidation and the tension strength. Also it has something to do with the weather.
If you are in the ocean area, we suggest that you can use the stainless steel 316 or 316L which has a higher anti - oxidation ability while others might be 304.


Wire rope structure

Structure: 7x7 and 7x19 stainless steel wire structure.
The difference lies in that the flexibility of the mesh while the tension strength remains the same.


Woven type

There are two types: Knotted mesh and Ferruled mesh
1. Knotted mesh is a kind of plain weave, each warp wire rope crosses alternately above and below each weft wire rope. Warp and weft wire ropes generally have the same diameter

2.Ferruled mesh is of same physical properties with knotted mesh, the only difference is combination style, its wire rope are combined by ferrules that are made of same grade stainless steel.
