Silver and copper inlay strips, the usual face materials are Ag, AgNi, AgCdO, AgSnO2; the usual base materials are copper, Brass, CuSn, CuNi, Fe. They are widely used in small power relays, Mini-circuit breakers, switches, contactors ect Household appliances.
These products use copper, copper alloy, silver, or silver alloy as a contactor. According to users' requirements, we adopt different technologies to effectivelycontrol composite thickness and plate-band dimensions. The technical process is stable, the quality is reliable, and the price is reasonable.

The composite plate-band, produced with explosion or solid-phase rolling diffusion composite technology, saves great amounts of valuable silver. During manufacturing this technology can use 50 - 80% less silver, making this product more economical than the competition's. The composite plate-band is widely used in small power relays, converters, wall switches, and plug in pieces in the electrical appliances industry.
The elastic composite thin bands, which use copper alloy as base and dual-layer silver as the contactor face, may be integrated with elastic reel and electrical contactors.
