R series electrical heater adopt toughen strength fiberglass as wire core, coil high-resistant alloy silk heater element, adopt silica gel or PVC, PE, PET as insulating envelope.
Rater Voltage, power:
1.AC 50-60HZ, Rated voltage: 6.3---400v
2. input power can be made according to customer requirement. Design within 0.5---500w
Structure, characteristics and application:
1.essential insulation: cover only one kind of insulated material around of Fibreglass heater core.
Characteristics: simple structure, competitive price and soft for easy installation. If adopt L or Y insulated material anti-impact and scratch resistance will be enforced.
2.Double insulation: On the basis of essential insulation add same or other kind of insulation material to outer.
Characteristics: Initiate technology in China. Such kind of electrical thread holds excellent insulation property. Eg. Essential insulation material is silica gel, outer insulation material adopt PVC or PE not only temperature resistance is higher but also enforce anti--impact and scratch resistance.
