Product Description:

Reed space 30” to 200”

Type hand side Right/ left

Frame The complete frame of loom is fitted with the dowel pin at different joints
of binders, crank bushes and tappet bushes in order to facilitate
foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.

Crank shaft 50mm machine forged and grinded edges provided with cast-iron /
gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes (optional). Extra middle
support provided for rigidity over 60” reed space loom

Crank arm Made from cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and
fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) and reinforced by
steel strapping

Tappet shaft Superior quality tested I.S. standard bright bar moving on cast iron /
gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self
lubricated bushes (optional) fitted brakes.

Gears Hob-cut helical gears to give smooth and noiseless working & uniform
quality of fabrics. Double drive for loom above 84” reed space

Picking Under-picking system having chilled picking nose and picking bowl
perfectly matched and made up of special quality metal to give longer life.

Shedding Twill / twin / dobby / jacquard

Beating Slay is carefully made from selected good quality of seasoned teak wood
& shisham wood. Race board fitted with polished slay cap is incorporated
in the loom which ensures suitable flight of the shuttle and correct beating.
