Product Description:

We have the following offer below and we wish to go into transaction with you.

Origin: Ghana (West Africa)
Quantity: 500 kilograms per month for value of one year contract with possible rollover and extensionPurity: 93.67% (22 carat ++)

Shipment: Through one of reputable Airline carrier (e.g. Emirate Airline, KLM, Lufthansa, British Airways or Ghana International Airline) possible destinations are as follows: Switzerland- Zurich Kloten airport, London Heathrow airport, Madrid –Spain, Dubai International airport, Brussels-Belgium, Antwerp-Belgium, Tel Aviv- Israel, HK1-Hong-Kong, Tokyo-Japan, Frankfurt-Germany, JFK-New York, Dallas-Texas, Sydney-Australia and Milan –Italy.

Packaging: smelted and package in boxes of 50 kilogram each times 10= 500kg

Export Documentation: Buyer and seller agreed that buyer will pre-finance to seller all export cost/ legal documentation ranging from: (Bank of Ghana export control Form A2, transport insurance cover, customs duty/yellow tag, cargo fee, smelting charges, and government royalty and certificate averring that the gold are free of all liens, encumbrances, freely tradable and exportable, Pro-forma Invoice, and promise free delivery to the nearest airport of the buyer nominated refinery for Assay Certification and Quality and quantity refinery certification)

Procedure;
(a) Seller issue FCO and buyer accept the FCO by endorsing it.
(b) Seller Issue sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
(c) Buyer studies SPA and agreed
(d) Buyer and seller countersign SPA agreement.
(e) Seller should be downstream discounted price of the 2nd LME rate US$10,700.00 per kilograms.
(f) Seller and buyer state in the contract of the shipment /exportation documentation charges fee (s) of the first 500kg monthly shipment.

Payment:
Buyer pays 10% of the total sum of the gold to seller’s and guarantee the balance payment within three days after refinery assay of quality and quantity certification.
