World Heavy Equipment is Pakistan based organization with corporate office in Malaysia and take this opportunity to offer you our following products: READYMIX CONFCRETE BATCH PLANTSReady Mix Concrete Batch Plants, dry and wet types, 30CM to 120CM per hour capacity subject to application. We offer semi automated to fully computerized plant control systems. For effective raw material management supply, we offer an optional materials weighbridge with all our plants. Material delivery data and records can be directly integrated with computerized accounts, material usage and inventory reconciliation reports. The Batch Plants are specifically designed for applications where high-grade quality concrete is stipulated for particular usage. CONCRETE TRANSIT MIXERSThe range of Transit Mixers / Cement Mixer designs conform to international concrete industry standards and specifications. Units are available in 1.5, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 & 9.0 CM drum mixing capacities. The mixer drums has been engineered and designed for fast and efficient concrete mixing a discharge particularly for high strength, low slump concrete mix grades. The mixers come equipped with a heavy duty, direct drive planetary gear box which has a output torque capacity of 32, 362N.m and a variable displacement hydraulic motor. Integrated hydraulic oil cooler is provided to ensure precise operating temperatures are maintained. The power drive unit has a direct drive capacity of 10.0CM of concrete volume and comes as a standard in the range of Mixers. This configuration guarantees the mechanical durability of the drive unit and the provision of ample torque for mixing of low sump concrete. The trunnion ring of the Mixer is rolled from solid steel bar section. Rollers are machined from work-hardened steel and come with low maintenance heady duty sealed roller bearings. These are available with Brand New Carriers and with re-build carriers
