Disposable plastic blood bag is mainly composed of collection bag, satellite bags and relevant anticoagulant. Single blood bag is used for collection, preservation and transfusion of whole blood, composed of plastic blood bag with anticoagulant, collecting tube, blood-taking needle and outlet port. Multi-blood bags is mainly used for collecting whole blood and for separation, preservation and transfusion, composed of collecting bag and several satellite bags.
1. According to standard pursuing manufacturing, product is in safety and effect. In the process of collecting, separation and transfusion, blood components could be accurately controlled. Choosing appropriate anticoagulant, blood could be preserved for 35 days.
2. Perfectly airtight system can avoid bacterial contamination and cross-infection in the process of collection, separating and transfusion.
3. Imported super-thin wall needle 16G or 18G can alleviate pains to donor maximally. Break-off port and connector tube can assure separation and quality of blood components. Safe twist-off port can allow convenient transfusion of blood components.
4. Sterile by steam in high pressure can assure products non-progeny and toxin-free.
5. The blood bag should not leak or dilapidate after 10 minutes’ centrifugation under 37℃、4℃5000g.
6. Choosing home-made medical PVC blood bag material with patent can avoid heat distortion and cold fracture.
7. Tube-shaped and around-sealed blood bags can satisfy different costumers’ request.
