SunriseTech Intl. Inc is a Russian direct agent firm in the US, New York. We are working as intermediate group for Russian major refiners/seller’s mandates who are looking for buyers/buyer's mandates. Our company is able to provide the following products through major Russian Oil Refineries at a significant discount price:

1. REBCO: Russia Export Blend Crude Oil.
2. Mazut: M100. (Gost 10585-75/10585-99)
3. Gas Oil: D2 (0.2/62, GOST 305/82)
4. Jet Fuel: JP54
5. LNG/LPG

Refineries: Luk Oil, Gazprom, and Rosneft Oil

Note: The buyer need to show us your import permit (for Chinese buyers), LOI or ICPO, Banking information or BCL.

Price: European or Singapore Market Scan with significant discount rate CIF to AWSP. on Spot or Annual contract.
Pay Method: Confirmed, Transferable, Auto revolving letter of Credit
Seller: 2% Performance Bond.
Commission: Buyer side open.

PROCEDURE:
1.BUYER issue an LOI with full banking information.
2.SELLER conduct Soft-Probe, and subject to SELLER'S Acceptance of the order.
3.BUYER issue an ICPO with BCL.
4.BUYER AND SELLER COMPLETE MFPA & NCNDA.
5.SELLER issues FCO.
6.SELLER issues and sends Draft Contract to the BUYER.
7.BUYER reviews the Draft Contract, counter signs and return it to SELLER.
8.BUYER and SELLER sign and exchange Final Contract.
9.BUYER and SELLER with banks agree on the text for the RDLC.
10.BUYER'S Bank issues RWA confirming that BUYER is ready, willing and able to issue the RDLC upon receipt of SELLER'S POP.
11.SELLER issues POP to BUYER through bank to bank.
12.BUYER issues non-operative 100% Irrevocable, Revolving DLC of buyer's choice to SELLER'S bank.
13.SELLER'S Bank issues 2% PB to the BUYER'S Bank for product cost and activates RDLC.
14.SELLER issue the first cargo delivery date.
