Sewing Machine Spot Illumination System.

Typical Garment factories use overhead fluorescent lighting at a height of about two meters above the sewing machine lines. These lights are mandated by the factories act to ensure good light and working conditions for the operator. However, the cost of this type of lighting is very high, maintenance is high and they are still inadequate because the actual job spot where the light is required, is not well lit. Therefore, in addition to the over-head lighting, most factories use a portable lamp to light on the sewing machine table. These table lamps are cumbersome and use up even more energy because they are incandescent or CFL type. Heating is also an issue and there is always a danger of falling unless it is bolted on the machine table.
Our Sewing machine LED light resolves all these issues. It is designed to be simple to mount and consumes only 0.2W of energy each!! Each light produces over 810Lux of White light that illuminates the specific job area. The light is cold and in obtrusive. Finally, with the use of these lights, it may be possible to use general lighting instead of tube lights.
