Please let me introduce Caparo Drawn Products. We are the UK’s leading producer of small and mid-range, mild steel and low alloy drawn tube, sections and shapes. CDP are looking to expand our business and export to the Middle East.

Our products range from OD 6.35mm up to 92.50mm, WT 0.71 up to 8.00mm.

We specialise in special bores, as in hexagonal bores, spline bore (best described as ridged on the inside of the tube) and special-shaped tubes.

The mill specialises in manufacturing tubes according to customer specifications, if you have specific requirements please send us the technical details and drawings.

CPT has first-class facilities, with 12 drawbenches capable of drawing 3,500 metres of tube an hour. We have two bright annealing heat treatment furnaces and our wet process facilities can produce tube with the superior characteristics that your products require.

We are the UK market leader in the production of pressure tubing with applications in high specification products such as heat exchangers, superheaters, boilers and condensers.

Our cutting facility has 9 technologically advanced Sinico cut and chamfering machines with length checkers fitted as standard. End finishing, deburring, vibro-etching and manipulation can all be accomplished to the highest levels of quality.

We are certified by the following: BS EN 1SO 9002/QS9000, TUV (Germany), Lloyds (UK), Ministry of Defence (UK).
