Our company currently is buying scrap Rebar & PNS from America and Canada.
The specification of scarp rebar we are looking is as following:

1.The rebar with the concrete weight less than 1% of total weight;
2.The rust only on the surface is acceptable
3.No less than 22 tones of rebar should be loaded in a 40’ container, which means it needs no cutting at all, but does need processing for small space to load as many as 22-24 tones per 40’ container.
