The Public Establishment of Electricity for Generation and Transmission announces for the second time its need for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, insurance, testing, execution, of civil and erection works and putting into operation of the equipments, machineries and appliance in order to extend Deir Ali C.C.P.P with additional Combined Cycle Power plant working on natural gas (main fuel) and distillate oil (back up fuel) on turn key basis with total MCR capacity of 700-750 M.W, net at site conditions, including the supply of spare parts, tools and local training of PEEGT 's personnel, with all needs to guarantee the safe operation and elploitation.
It is expected that some international and Arabs funds will finance this project.
