WE represent the Buyer / Lessee as the Mandates:
A brief write-up on the requirement is as follows: -
WE would like to see POF, then to verify it. (Amount usd$10m or more).
After successful verification and before the funds are blocked in our favour, our side will issue one of the listed below conditional payments to the owner of POF:
1) DLC,
2) MT 103,
3) Bank Undertaking Letter,
Depending on the hard agreements in the Contract. But in any case it will be conditional payment.
WE are willing to pay 5% monthly as the interest for the blocked funds in our favour, which is very lucrative offer for the Financier / Bank or Funding Agency concerned.
We think that this is very simple procedure to start working. No Instrument such as BG or SBLC needs to be issued, as previously required, so this obviously makes the scheme and procedures very easy at both ends.
This deal can be closed very fast and immediately. Only serious and direct providers please.
