Dear Sir,
Our group is into different commodity procurements,& one of our SBUs is into Meat procurement.
We have below immediate requirement of:
Fresh Frozen Compensated Boneless Buffalo Meat;
Slaughtered in Halal mode
"Specification: 93% Chemical Lean corresponding to 97% Visual Lean".
40% or 160 MT Hindquarter Cuts (Tenderloin, Topside, Thickflank, Silverside, Rumpteak, Striploin);
60% or 240 MT Forequarter Meat (FQ), in blocks (square form, we donot accept round).
i.e. In total shipment, we want 40% Hindquarter Cuts & 60% Forequarter Meat (FQ).
Vacuum packed. "Packed in packing material made out of LLDPE granules & Kraft paper"
Packing: 14x2 blocks wrap with nylon, & packed in carton.
Cargo to bear minimum production/expiry dates 12 months.
Origin: Argentina/Brazil / Uruguay/S.America.
Date of arrival at Discharge Port: Sep-2007.
Port of discharge: (C&F BATUMI or Poti Port, Georgia.
