The product needs only water to rehydrate and the resulting dough is ready to be shaped and fried.
One Kg of Maresal dehydrated potato mix will produce 3.5 Kgs of potato dough ready to be shaped and fried
(1Kg of dehydrated potato mix + 2.5 litres of cold water = 3.5 Kgs of potato dough for French Fries or Potato Croquettes).
For large consumers (HoReCa), in order to utilise efficiently our potato specialties dehydrated mix we also provide provide our extruder:
Maresal manual food extruder,
which is approved by the Ministry of Health according to Directive 89/109/CEE.
Packing: polypropylene bags of 1 Kg or 125 g:
10 x 1 Kg PP bags per carton box;
or
80 x 125 g PP bags per carton box;
45 carton boxes per europallet.
