Material level sensor is designed in the principle of tuning fork, which is a flexible object producing audio resonance by weak energy. During resonance, if tuning fork is damped by materials, the amplitude will decrease drastically, and electronic switch actuates and outputs switch signals.
Application:
It can be used to alarm or control granule or powder, non-viscosity materials in open or pressured vessels such as grain, coal powder, plastic, cement and grit. And it can measure material level, water level, and deposit in water. Liquid: >0.7 g/cm3; Solid: >0.1 g/cm3
