i.Buyer issue Letter Payment Guarantee (LPG) ONE MONTH PURCHASE ORDER after contract sign by Swift MT760 and the seller will provide Partly POP is within 15- 25 working days or Buyer issue Letter Payment Guarantee LPG) one month purchase order after contract by Swift MT799 and the seller will provide Partly POP is above 25 working days but not more 31working days.
ii. Seller provide partly POP by bank to bank and Non Operative PB 2% and the buyer/buyer's Bank issue Non - Operative BG/SBLC base on format ICC 458/Swift Format MT760 and the Seller's Bank operative PB to the activate BG/SBLC operative.
iii. The seller's Bank will receipt, Confirm and Acceptance BG/SBLC supersede of the LPG.
iv. The Seller's Bank will send the Full POP and the buyer's Bank send the conditional MT103 as payment by T
