Origin: Congo

We offer the copper now under the following terms and conditions:

1) Price: LME CASH settlement less 13% for orders up to 2,000 ton per
month. And less 15% for orders over 2,000 ton per month.

2) Payment by automatic revolving documentary L/C, transferable, divisible
payable at sight at the counters of the seller's bank in Europe. CIF ASWP

3) 2% performance bond by seller, revolving.

4) Supplier can deliver up to 10,000 ton per month per customer.

5) Inspection by SGS at loading at seller's cost.

6) Procedures:




b) LOI and complete BCL by buyer on buyer's bank letter head.
c) Contract between buyer & seller.
d) Buyer's bank issues non operative L/C
e) Seller's bank issues operative PB & POP
