SHIPMENTS per month: minimum 12.500 MT (+/- 5%)
PRICE: from 80.00 USD PER MT
PAYMENT: THE BUYER’S BANK, ISSUES AN IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE RDLC OPERATIVE IN AGREEMENT WITH SELLER’S BANK COVERING ONE MONTH DELIVERY VALUE, 100% AT SIGHT,
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2.0% (TWO PERCENT) OF THE VALUE OF THE RREVOCABLE PRIME BANK STAND-BY LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THE MONTHLY SHIPMENT.
INITIAL SHIPMENT: WITHIN 30 – 45 DAYS AFTER THE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT IS IN PLACE AT SELLER´S BANK AND THEREAFTER, ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT
