Expandable 30,000BPD portable refinery.
Already dismantled and in storage in the US.
We seek serious intentions to buy the
refinery outright and or joint venture with us
(on part equity). Joint Venture will be in
Nigeria, and if possible, should enjoy
enormous benefits, as Nigeria has great
potentials in this regard. Will also serve as
the first active portable private owned
refinery within Nigeria. Interested parties
must have the licence, expertise/know-
how/capacity required to operate.
We would require your LOI and POF to
proceed.
Purchase price - US $126 Million outright, or
part equity – 60/40 OR 50/50.
The design, process information and the
basic equipment listings are available,
however they are included in a book too
voluminous to make a part of this package,
thus can be reviewed and inspected once
serious interest is identified.
