 Spaniard company buy gold from serious sellers (Offer to Buy)

We are a very serious Spaniard-Jew company specialized in gold’s purchase; we have many clients for the gold in several countries, including Spain. We do not play games. We are going to need the following serious conditions:
1. - Justification on the part of the seller of whom he is a holder of the pertinent certificates. (Permit to sell and to export gold).
2. - We give a guarantee that can be in the shape of L/C, irrevocably, confirmed and at sight by principal Swiss Bank.
3. - Payment will be effectuated 48 hours after the result in the refinery, which expresses (emits) a document with the results, which of being satisfactory, it liberates the payment of the whole of the L/C.
4. We don’t travel.
5. The whole gold must be tested in our refinery. We do not test samples.
6. We do not pay anything in advance.
7. First time we will try with 100 Kg. If we get confidence between us, we will extend the purchase.
