Petrovsky" Nizhny Novgorod, Russia may offer you underwater acoustic beacons which are used to ensure location of an object (equipped with a UAB), such as distressed aircraft, in a fresh- or seawater environment and to mark communications lines and other infrastructure laid under water, or in routine maintenance and repair of gas and oil pipelines.
UAB may be attached to any units of equipment, such as an aircraft flight recorder, in aircraft, sea-going or river-bound vessels, etc.
