I got a very good source of finance.
I decided to got finance and provide fund for any kind of projects start from $ 10 m. to $ 1 B. subject to following:

The company should have feasibility study of the project.
the company should have 5% - 20 % of the required finance example: project of $10m. to $ 30m. they have to provide $2m.
& project of $ 300m. to $ 500m. they have to provide $ 30 m.
And this equity fund will be remain in company account for one year only and with no access or touch from our side.
The cash flow fund for the project will be started after 40 days of the agreement process.
the company will have 5 years grace period to repay this fund with no interest at all (0 %) and the repayment period will be 10 years with no interest as well.
Our guarantee only will be a share of 35 % with no involve in running the project. We not asking for any fees, but upon closing the deal, invitation + ticket + full acomodation for ten days in order to finish paper
