Gentlemen
We seek JV partners who can provide the Capital Requirement in developing, exploiting and shipping at least 10Million tons of 65%Fe deposits within our 567 hectares tenement in the Philippines. We offer 40% to 70% equity in return depending on how much fund is provided. Our project site is close to China, Japan and Korea markets. Shipping point is 25 to 30 kilometers away from the deposits. We operate now on a small-scale basis and have 3,500tons stockpile. Our target capacity when operation normalizes shall be 300,000 to 1,000,000 tons a year shipment. The deposit of at least 10Million tons can last between 10 years to 40 years.
