Our preserves are handmade products boiled in small saucepans. We use a great variety of fruits, such as quince, wild fig, pumpkin, cherry, apricot, orange, citron, lemon, watermelon, apple etc as well as wild seeds and natural aromatics without preservatives.
To produce teaspoon sweets, the fruits must be harvested slightly underripe. It is amazing how these simple natural ingredients are transformed into something entirely new, exciting and delicious. However, it is impossible to provide a single recipe for all teaspoon sweets, as the liquid, the sugar and/or the honey measurements vary according to the type of fruit used. Teaspoon sweets are not as dense as jam or jelly. The success, but at the same time the secret, is how the fruit, retaining its original color, taste and aroma, remains firm in a nice pool of syrup thick enough to coat a spoon.
