Description
HY-2002 is a thermosetting cashew nut oil modified reinforcing resin, which is much the same as 12687. It can effectively improve rubber modulus, hardness, abrasion resistance and reduce heat built-up. It can replace non-modified reinforcing resin.
Application
As most thermosetting phenolic resin, HY-2002 happens cross-linking reaction over 150℃, becoming threedimensional net structure from line style. During vulcanizing, it forms interpenetrating net structure together with rubber, having the rubber reinforced and hardened. Especially, by containing long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon structure besides methylene bridge, HY-2002 mends the brittlement and improve the crosslinking density of the sulfide substantially, so to improve the rubber modulus, hardness, abrasion resistance. It is the best resin with hardening effect, could be used without adding curing agent.
HY-2002 can be used for all kinds of rubber reinforcment.
The recommended dosage is 6~15 phr.
