BANK TO BANK PROCEDURES- NOT NEGOTIABLE:
1.Buyer issue LOI/ICPO to the Seller.
2. Seller issue Full Corporate Offer to Buyer.
3. Buyer counters signs and return Seller’s Full Corporate Offer along with Acceptance Letter.
4. Seller issue draft contract to Buyer.
5. Buyer countersigns the contract and returns to Seller.
6. Buyer’s bank issues operative, irrevocable and non-transferable (MT700) Documentary Letter of
Credit to Seller’s bank.
7. Seller’s bank transfers to buyers bank all documents required by (MT700) Documentary Letter of
Credit.
8. Buyer’s bank activates (MT700) Documentary Letter of Credit upon receipt of required
documents.
