Fully-automatic Liner Bag in Box Line for Packaging Wax
The finished product is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines open-top bags in cartons by one each to form bag-in-box, hot-fills wax, vacuumizes and heat-seals the bag tops, seals the box top. Fully-automatic Erect-Line-Fill-Seals packaging line.
This line is designed for packaging fluids like wax with spoutless bags in boxes. This bag in box filling and packaging line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.
The carton lining machine inserts a poly bag in a box, opens and folds the bag top over the box top. The machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.
