Payment terms as follows: 10% deposit immediately upon signing of contract. This will hold the wafers for you until ready to ship [ in early January 2006]. Just prior to shipment we will send you a ProForma Invoice and Packing List for the balance 90%. At this time you wire the 90% balance and we release the goods to your Forwarder/Agent in France to pick up the goods. We have done this process several times and it works well.
