1. That the offer is available/valid for minimum five banking days;
2. That it's not on first-come, first-serve basis/subject to prior sale/unsold;
3. That you are in firm control of the offer so that it will not vanish just when an interested Buyer comes up with his executional response;
4. That you & your upline recognize the fact that Buyer's side commission is Buyer's money, hence it's his prerogative to distribute it the way he/she likes. The normal practise is that when Buyer has taken his usual 34-40%, the remaining is split equally amongst all active brokers on both sides of the fence.
