1. Your proposed profit share and the description of your fund, whether or not it has been deposited in Indonesia.
2. The financing plans, including the requirements of loans or joint operations.
3. Advanced payments or discount rate, which should no excedd 10% of the plans, including success fees (mediators from our parties and owner (us) ), surve expenses, insurance and other out of pocket expenses. We do not receive an success fee from the owner, so it would be included on the advanced payment scheme.
4. Interest rate of maximum 10% per annum.
