Production
Panalets production is seasonal, as it is reduced to the honey harvest, however with special storage facilities it is possible to offer the highest quality of the product all over year. Harvest takes place during summer (south hemisphere), starting on October. The production of the new season is available between December and February. As the production takes place in Argentina s plains, the most common flavors are clover and alfalfa.
