Jai Bharat Castings are leading manufacture & exporter of chilled cast iron rolls for roller flour mills by horizontal centrifugally cast double layer straight bore clear chill - chilled roll, these rolls are bimetal rolls, the cementite & pearlitic structure ensures that the rolls have consistent hardness over the entire surface (18-22 mm chill depth) rolls supplied as completed with hot shrunk fit MS & EN 8 journals and bearing size operations spindle fitted or hollow only as bodies, polish rolls are available in sand blasted finish, forest finish, mat finish, smooth finish & Ni-alloyed break rolls for long fluted life
Jai Bharat Castings experts in manufacturing of barrels for triple roll mills, in this course of casting two independent zones - a shell of highly alloyed iron (working layer) of white iron & another a softer graphitic - (non working layer) of grey iron is achieved during the casting along with desired straight bore & wall thickness, harder chilled layer assure longer life of rolls and soft gray iron layer allows smooth mechanical task of drilling, sizing & shaping etcetera, chilled roll barrels can be supplied plan cast, semi-finished or full machined as hollow barrel along-with grinding & mirror polish
