The system is globally known ICF masonry
construction technology, developed in
Germany by nearly sixty years ago. The
main difference compared to traditional
masonry - which is also the biggest
advantage of the system - is that we take
care of the structure and the thermal
insulation of the building process in one
step – results saving time and effort.
Insulating permanent formwork of 25 cm
up to 40 cm thickness, with thermal
insulation values with we can meet energy
regulations which will be valid from 2019 in
Europe or the ’RT2012’ regulations. With
this technology, we can build 'passive
house' the most cost-effectively way.
