We are working with a well-established company that is offering a very unique program that can be used by anybody who has a need to raise finance for property development and/orother finance today, provided that they meet one qualification: they must own a listed stock portfolio that they can pledge as collateral. (Equities listed on any stock exchange outside China can be considered)

There is a minimum loan amount of $50,000 US and a maximum loan amount of $500 million. (Arrangement fee is 5% and is tagged on to the loan amount)

Terms are typically 3-6 years.
Interest rates start at 5%, interest only.
The loans have limited recourse and limited exposure.
Borrowers undergo no credit checks.
There are no upfront fees.
Borrowers can use the money for anything they want with the exception of reinvesting the loan proceeds into a marginal account.
Loans can be completed quickly, typically in as little as 12 days
At the end of the term, a balloon payment of the loan is due. Borrowers may pay it off at that time, or alternatively, they may take any of the following three actions:

1.Refinance the loan.

2.Sell the shares that they have pledged to repay the loan.

3. Walk away from the shares they have pledged, even if the value of them at that time is less than the amount that they borrowed, and no negative credit bureau reports will be filed
