A sheet with optimally selected size and weight
corrugated sheets of fibre cement with optimally selected size and weight: neither small, nor big, and not heavy either.
Roofing with is simple and easy as sheets are fastened just by two nails. Timber costs are also kept down due to the fact that battens (40x40 mm) for “Baltijos banga” are fixed each 750 mm, i.e. at the lower and upper part of the sheet.
For low-pitched roofs (minimum, 7 degrees), 1750 mm long sheets are offered. “Eternit” sheets of five corrugations are available in green, brown, cerise, black and red.
Production sheets of eight corrugations has been started taking into account wishes of the clients. By width, “Akmenės banga” sheets are equivalent to the old roofing slate, however, they are shorter. Sheets of this type provide the roof with a better aesthetical look for a competitive price.
Similarly to other corrugated sheets of fibre cement, “Akmenės banga” contain no asbestos that is particularly hazard to human health and feature high resistance to exposure.
