2) part feasibility study, moldflow simulation analysis, optical simulation analysis, etc

3) optimize mold structure and its function.

hot runner: HRS, MOLD-MASTER, SYNVENTIVE, YUDO

delivery time: 50-80 days

5. Plastic Mold (Mould) Development Process:

1) 3D data/sample for quotation: offer the price as per customer's requirement

2) business negotation: mold price, mold size, part details, mold specification, payment terms, delivery, etc

3) purchasing order: LOI or PO signed

4) making mold: part study, part improvement, mold design, mold design approval, material preparation, machining, etc

5) project management: weekly report to customer with actual progress and pictures

6) sample shoot: T0 date updated to customer, mold test, sample delivery to customer

7) mold improvement: correct the dimension, assembly issues and aesthetic issues. Then T1, T2, T3 trial proceed.

8) packing and shipping: as per the PO terms and customer's requirement
