Toxicity data: It is of low mammalian toxicity and is non-toxic to bees. Acute toxicity - Oral: LD50 > 4000 mg/kg (rat). Acute toxicity - Dermal: LD50 > 3000 mg/kg (rat).
Application: Bupirimate is a Systemic fungicide with protective and curative action, absorbed by the leaves with translocation in the xylem and translaminar action. Acts by inhibiting sporulation.
It is used for control of powdery mildew of fruit, vegetables, ornamentals such as apples, pears, stone fruit, cucurbits, roses, grapes, strawberries, gooseberries, raspberries, hops, beets and other crops.
