 XHLJ and XHSLJ Series Hydraulic Winch with Free Fall Function (Offer to Sell)

XHLJ and XHSLJ series hydraulic winch could be applied on gravity crushing traction device, caterpillar type truck crane, pipe crane, grab bucket and drill with smashing function, etc.
These two series winch consist of various distributers which are made up of high pressure shuttle valves with counterbalance valve and control brake, XHM and XHS series hydraulic motor, Z brake, C type planetary gear reducer, winch barrel and frame. Thus the customer only needs to provide pump station and reversing valve. As the winch itself provides valve manifold, this helps simplify the hydraulic system and also improves the operating reliability of driving device; on the other hand, this successfully avoids two problems happened among common winches- empty hook chattering and second sliding down while lifting, and provides the winch to operate stablely during lifting and lowering. Furthermore, free fall function for the empty hook is provided as there’s a clutch at its last transmission stage.
